SAP SD/MM Support Analyst - Job Function
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Supports SAP R/3 and related software • Knowledge of Service, Sales, Shipping techniques, methods, and tools. Service, Sales, and Shipping best practices • Knowledge of SAP Query & Reporting capabilities • Develops all process documentation for processes and procedures • Participate in Help Desk function to resolve user related support calls • Prepare and execute test plans for new functionality • Publish communication related to the deployment of new functionality • Translate user requirements into user requests and program specifications • Work with programmers to assure compliance to program specifications • Develop training for end-users • Provide educational course structure for end-users Lead classes to enhance user knowledge • Liaise with Divisional Management to understand direction within their functional area of responsibility • Monitor compliance with Service Level Agreements for site. • Support Divisional initiatives utilizing Project Management expertise. • Maintain security in compliance with companies' Security directives. • Provide advice to staff and external parties on companies' IT. • Ensure compliance to companies' IT Policies and Guidelines. • Travel can range from 25%-50%
