SAP Landscape Coördinator for an enduser in Rotterdam

• Implement standard processes/controls/tools for operational change to SAP systems
• Contribute to implementation of tools to improve/simplify process and contribute to process changes in case of new applications
• Co-ordinate ongoing demands to integrated SAP landscape coming in from different teams e.g. Project services and Sirius
• Execute operational change control within SAP applications
- within the path to production (= support track)
- in all phases of the project (= development track)
• Ensure successful and appropriate change control and release only according to agreed standards
• Collect landscape requirements for support and development, negotiate delivery dates with the Technical Services on a monthly basis
• Exception handling according to defined standards.
• Responsible for ensuring that correct standards and procedures are followed to ensure quality and consistency x-applications, x-functional and x-country.
• Regular Knowledge transfer to teams x-tower

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS :
• Dealing with many different people, from different teams, different functional and technical background, as well as different nationalities and leading them to deliver on time and in full.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
• Good Knowledge of SAP Transport & Correction System
• Good knowledge of SAP Technical Landscape - architecture
• Principles of application development livecycle
• Good communication skills
• Good organization skills
• Project Management skills
• Knowledge of project implementation phases
• Good knowledge of Excel from an end-user perspective
• Fluent spoken and written English

EXPERIENCE:
• 3 years experience working in IT projects, preferably SAP
